DELICIOUS HOME MADE PIZZA

The Base
A traditional Italian dough recipe, made fresh for each event, using Shipton Mill '00' flour, left to rest, then rolled out for a thin crust. all hand kneeded.

The sauce
Our own recipe tomato sauce made with tomatoes, garlic, oregano and a little seasoning to give a good base for your choice of topping.

The Pizza
Every pizza is loaded with sauce and mozzarella cheese, then your topping and more cheese on top, bake for around 90 seconds in a 350C oven, to give a nice crisp crust and a flavour that only a wood fired oven can give.
